Hi, folks!

Despite this cheerful greeting, I do have to start with rather grave matters. Please accept my sincere apologies for the mistakes that found their way into the Andre-Norton.Org pages and caused you some inconvenience. I've been reported of some broken links leading to places both within and without the site - I've made a thorough check-up of all the pages, using a suitable software and there should be no more errors of this type.

The second problem, fortunately solved by now, is a one that'll make me blush from shame till the end of my days. The contact address given at the bottom of each page, i.e. anortonorg@onelist.com was supposed to lead to a to a mailing list, to which all the editors were subscribed. All would be fine if not for the fact that the subscribes (and I should add that this was a closed list) were the only people able to send email to that address. Hence many of you had problems with contacting us.

Plans for the future

Well, these at least are a bit brighter. I have lots of material waiting for me to put it on-line. This, however, requires some time, which I will have at my disposal during the Christmas time (i.e. 11th December to 11th January). So expect "lotsa new stuff" around the Christmas Eve - my present for all Norton fans. You say surprises are nice but waiting for them is a torture? Well, I'll only allow myself to mention that the next update will include a whole lot of photos, including those of all the awards Ms. Norton received up to date.
